They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support the introduction of new physical products from concept through full-scale production. This role will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to develop efficient, cost-effective manufacturing solutions while improving product quality, reducing costs, and accelerating time-to-market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with experience supporting product launches in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Support new product introduction (NPI) activities from concept through production launch. Translate engineering designs into manufacturable processes and production-ready solutions. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain teams to optimize product cost, quality, and manufacturability. Develop and improve manufacturing processes for structural and mechanical products. Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process instructions and work procedures. Review and optimize bill of materials (BOM) structures and assembly documentation. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Provide technical support during production ramp-up and resolve manufacturing issues. Present recommendations and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
