Engineer-Level 4 - Lead (15+ Years)#26-20742 Juno Beach, FL Onsite Job Description Role and Responsibilities Client Resources' Engineering & Construction (E&C) division is seeking a Project Engineer to support data center power projects. This role will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of projects from due diligence through project completion. Responsibilities include supporting internal stakeholders, managing external engineering resources and deliverables, coordinating internal engineering resources and SME support, and providing technical leadership throughout project execution. This position reports to the Engineering Lead of Data Center Project Engineering. Successful candidates will work across multidisciplinary teams to support standardized, high-quality, and timely project delivery in a dynamic business environment. Job Overview Employees in this role make decisions and recommendations having significant impact on major engineering and related project activities for the company. This position is expected to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate internal and external engineering support for successful project delivery. Education Bachelor of Science in Engineering is required (e.g. electrical, mechanical, civil, or related discipline). Experience 8+ years of experience preferred. Engineering and project management experience supporting infrastructure, power, or mission-critical projects is preferred. Data center or power delivery background is preferred. Experience managing internal and external engineering resources on projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Self-starter, eager to learn, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
