Our client, a global manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their dynamic team. The CI Project Lead / Engineer is the primary driver of operational excellence , responsible for reducing waste, improving flow, strengthening standard work, and building long‑term CI capability across the organization

Pinellas County What's the Job? Lean Leadership — Champion Lean culture; coach teams in 5S, standard work, VSM, waste elimination, and structured problem‑solving. Kaizen Facilitation — Plan, lead, and teach Kaizen workshops; guide cross‑functional teams through rapid‑cycle improvement Supporting Kaizen — Provide full support for Kaizen events including:- Event preparation (data gathering, current‑state mapping, materials)
- Facilitation support (guiding breakout groups, capturing ideas, maintaining pace)
- Process analysis (time studies, waste walks, spaghetti diagrams, bottleneck identification)
- Lean tool application (5S, root‑cause analysis, PDCA, standard work updates)
- Documentation (before/after metrics, action items, SOP updates)
- Sustainment (follow‑ups, audits, verification of results) Project Execution — Lead CI projects using DMAIC, A3, and data‑driven decision‑making; track timelines, actions, and results.
