You will be the SITC manufacturing product lead for the Sensor Integration & Test Center (SITC). Our team is responsible for managing quality, cost, and schedule scope for SITC programs within the MFC Sensors & Global Sustainment portfolio. What You Will Be Doing As the SITC manufacturing product lead you will be responsible for overseeing program performance, guiding support functions, and acting as the primary SITC program interface. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage quality, cost, and schedule scope for at least one SITC program. Provide dotted‑line leadership across multiple SITC support functions. Serve as the main program interface between SITC and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes. Collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with portfolio strategy. Basic Qualifications:

Experience with leading teams, either directly or indirectly Experience working in a production environment or managing Production Operations scope on a program Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a workforce with a variety of technical skills, through dynamic technical, cost, and schedule challenges. Demonstrated ability to work in a high-paced environment and demonstrated ability to make decisions, delegate responsibilities, take ownership for deliverables, and execute through effective communications in both factory and leadership settings.

Desired Skills:

Experience within MFC Production Operations Experience working in the Sensor Integration & Test Center (SITC) or Fire Control Factory (FCF) Experience presenting program status to all levels of leadership Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt OLDP, MLDC, and POLI graduates

Work Schedules:
