We are now on the lookout for a talented and imaginative Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a leading innovator in orthopedic revision surgery, we are dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative surgical tools.

With over 200 patents to their names, our engineers possess great expertise in the design and manufacturing of universal orthopedic implant removal tools. Our engineers work hand-in-hand with some of the USA's most esteemed orthopedic surgeons, understanding their unique needs and challenges. From the initial prototype crafted with precision in our state-of-the-art 3D metal printers to the final production process, each engineer plays an instrumental role in transforming concepts into tangible reality. Our engineers get to witness their creations in the spotlight at major orthopedic trade shows, such as the prestigious AAOS. Responsibilities:
Generate ideas and create concepts: Utilize your creative brilliance to brainstorm and generate cutting-edge ideas that inspire and elevate our products.
Prototype Development:
Rapidly create functional prototypes and proofs of concept to validate ideas and explore new design possibilities.
Innovative Solutions:
Be at the forefront of problem-solving, applying a unique blend of technical knowledge and creativity to overcome challenges and revolutionize solutions.
Collaborative Integration:
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate your innovative concepts into practical projects, ensuring seamless execution and user-centric outcomes.
Technology Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and industry best practices, bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
Hands-on Execution:
From machining your own parts to coding software, you'll actively participate in the implementation process and lead by example.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering Excellent academic record Demonstrated ability to blend technical expertise with imaginative thinking, resulting in groundbreaking solutions. Keen interest in and understanding of product design and mechanics Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical ideas and concepts. Understanding of manufacturing processes Demonstrable ability to be 'hands-on' Proficiency in prototyping tools (i.e. 3D printing), basic programming (Python, C++, VBA, Matlab, etc), and CAD software
