Time | Competitive Pay + Bonus We're seeking an experienced RF/Microwave Design Engineer to design and deliver Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs) and RF subsystems for defense and aerospace applications. What you'll do Design, simulate, and prototype RF/microwave modules and subsystems Own projects from concept through production transition Optimize RF signal chains for noise figure, SWaP?C, and performance Work hands?on with LNAs, SSPAs, filters, couplers, mixers, PLLs Support compliance, cost estimation, and design reviews Collaborate closely with manufacturing and test teams What we're looking for BSEE/MSEE/PhD in EE (or similar) 5+ years designing IMAs or RF subsystems (defense/aerospace preferred) Strong RF simulation skills and hands?on bench experience Comfortable working with ITAR?regulated programs Why consider this role High?impact technical ownership Stable, long?term programs Strong benefits, bonus, and career growth Work on real hardware-not just simulations
