Refer a Friend Back to Search A growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, process improvement initiatives, and new product introductions. This position plays a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a hands-on manufacturing environment and has experience working with custom-engineered products, industrial equipment, fabrication, machining, and assembly operations. Key Responsibilities Support new product introductions by evaluating manufacturing methods, tooling requirements, and assembly processes. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and throughput. Develop and implement workflow improvements, equipment layouts, and production process enhancements. Partner with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to drive operational improvements. Lead or support engineering change implementation and process documentation activities. Identify production challenges, assess risks, and develop practical solutions to improve performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence. Assist with equipment upgrades, manufacturing system improvements, and process standardization efforts. Stay current on manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support innovation and growth. Support troubleshooting efforts related to production, equipment, and customer-driven issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field. 3-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Experience supporting fabrication, machining, assembly, or engineered equipment manufacturing operations. Understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, workflow optimization, and production systems. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing data management tools. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working collaboratively with operations, quality, engineering, and production teams. Preferred Experience Industrial equipment, material handling, conveying systems, or heavy manufacturing experience. Exposure to machining, welding, fabrication, hydraulics, electrical systems, and assembly operations. Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated continuous improvement project experience. Experience with GD&T and manufacturing process development.

Base Salary Benefits:

Medical, dental, vision benefits available.
