A growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations, process improvement initiatives, and new product introductions. This position plays a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a hands-on manufacturing environment and has experience working with custom-engineered products, industrial equipment, fabrication, machining, and assembly operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Support new product introductions by evaluating manufacturing methods, tooling requirements, and assembly processes.
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and throughput.
  • Develop and implement workflow improvements, equipment layouts, and production process enhancements.
  • Partner with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to drive operational improvements.
  • Lead or support engineering change implementation and process documentation activities.
  • Identify production challenges, assess risks, and develop practical solutions to improve performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, manufacturing system improvements, and process standardization efforts.
  • Stay current on manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support innovation and growth.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts related to production, equipment, and customer-driven issues.
