On-Site The Process Engineer will develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and production methods for a growing operation. This position will work cross-functionally with engineering, tooling, quality, safety, and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency, product quality, and manufacturability. The role will support new process development, equipment and tooling implementation, production readiness, and ongoing process improvement while collaborating with engineering teams across the organization. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production engineering. Experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes, assembly methods, or production workflows. Experience with tooling, fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing process development. Ability to evaluate production data, conduct process studies, and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience with DFM/DFA, defect reduction, process optimization, and cost improvement. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and GD&T. Experience creating manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Experience supporting engineering changes, production issues, and process implementation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or other highly regulated/high-reliability manufacturing. Experience with NPI, production launch, or manufacturing startup. Experience developing or implementing specialized tooling, fixtures, or production equipment. Experience conducting process trials, testing, qualification, or capability studies. Experience participating in design reviews and translating engineering requirements into manufacturing processes. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Experience working with geographically distributed or international engineering teams.
