Civil Design Engineer responsible for site development plans, hydrologic analysis, utility design, grading, earthwork calculations, and permitting documentation for multi-family development projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Current Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain EIT certification within one year of employment. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Proficiency with Hydraflow or equivalent hydrologic and hydraulic analysis software. Proficiency with Bluebeam. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience performing hydrologic analyses. Knowledge of civil site development design principles. Experience preparing technical calculations, construction plans, reports, and permit documentation. Preferred Skills Multi-family land development experience. Experience with stormwater and drainage design. Experience with water and sanitary sewer design. Experience developing erosion and sediment control plans. Experience with site grading and earthwork calculations. Experience preparing landscaping or tree management plans. Knowledge of permitting requirements for land development projects. Job Responsibilities Develop civil construction plans for multi-family development projects. Create site grading plans and perform earthwork calculations. Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses. Develop stormwater drainage designs and supporting calculations. Prepare erosion and sedimentation control plans. Design water and sanitary sewer utility systems. Develop utility plans and supporting engineering documentation. Prepare tree management and landscaping plans. Produce technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation. Develop and revise civil designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Prepare project documentation for permitting and construction. Support design revisions based on engineering, permitting, and construction requirements.
