Job Description

Summary:
Design engineering role responsible for preparing construction plans, technical calculations, and permit documents for multi-family residential development projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Current EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Proficiency in Hydraflow or equivalent software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in Bluebeam Preferred Skills 0-2 years of relevant experience Multi-family residential development experience Development plan experience involving transformation of raw land into construction-ready sites Experience performing hydrologic analyses Experience developing site grading plans Experience performing earthwork calculations Experience developing erosion and sedimentation control plans Experience designing utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer systems Experience developing tree management and landscaping plans Job Responsibilities Design and produce construction plans for multi-family residential development projects Prepare technical calculations, reports, and permit documentation Coordinate with project stakeholders Perform hydrologic analyses Develop tree management and landscaping plans Develop site grading plans Perform earthwork calculations Develop erosion and sedimentation control plans Develop utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes
