location: Adairsville, Georgia job type: Permanent salary: $80,000 - 95,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Drives process capability, product quality, cost, safety, and uptime Apply disciplined troubleshooting, process control, standardization, and continuous improvement across coating and compounding operations. Establish and maintain process standards (recipes, setpoints, run conditions, work instructions) Lead root-cause problem solving for defects and downtime Plan and execute trials for new products, materials, equipment, and process changes Improve profitability by reducing compound and coating material consumption and overall conversion cost.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineerin (or equivalent experience) Must have at least three (3) years of process improvement experience within a manufacturing environment Experience supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing Knowledge of polymer processing and web/coating manufacturing Ability to provide hands-on support on the production floor #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 3 years of experience
