Additive Manufacturing Programmer III Position Overview Experienced additive manufacturing professional responsible for build preparation, process development, risk evaluation, and production support for metal additive manufacturing systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare build files using: Creo / Pro-E Materialise Magics Materialise 3-matic Evaluate build risks and determine optimum build strategies. Develop support structures and optimize part orientation. Recommend design modifications to improve manufacturability. Maintain documentation and traceability requirements. Support machine troubleshooting and vendor interface activities. Develop and improve build parameters. Support process standardization and manufacturing throughput improvements.

Required Qualifications Experience with:

Creo / Pro-E Materialise Magics 3-matic EOS Print (preferred) 3-6 years of hands-on additive manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with metal additive manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of design-for-additive-manufacturing (DfAM) principles.
