Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Material Handling Engineer with a strong background in bulk material handling, conveyor system design, and mechanical equipment application. This role is responsible for evaluating customer requirements, designing efficient and reliable conveyor solutions, and supporting projects from concept through installation and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with screw conveyors, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, drag conveyors, and related drive, structural, and support systems used in industrial material handling applications. Analyze customers' existing Bulk material handling systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Design and implement new material handling conveying systems, including Screw conveyor, Belt conveyor systems, Drag & Bucket Elevator designs, and other similar Bulk Material Handling applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, and procurement, to understand their material handling needs and identify opportunities for process improvement. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed material handling projects. Develop and validate plans to ensure the proper functioning and safety of material handling systems. Provide technical support and guidance to operations teams during the implementation of material handling systems. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in material handling. Collaborate with preferred equipment manufacturers and suppliers to select and procure the necessary material handling equipment. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field preferred or equivalent. Min of 3 years option on the experience requirement previous experience in material handling engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of material handling equipment and technologies. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to material handling systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is preferred.
