Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour Available Shift Times Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily production activities Coach and develop production employees Support CNC machining and gear finishing processes Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Monitor quality and troubleshoot manufacturing issues Promote a safety-first work environment Assist with machine setup, tooling, and process improvements Conduct shift meetings and ensure effective communication Key Requirements 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in gear manufacturing or precision machining Knowledge of gear cutting, machining, and gear-finishing processes Experience with CNC machinery and technical troubleshooting Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
