Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer where engineering expertise drives innovation, quality, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing process. Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Design, develop, and implement weld fixtures, assembly jigs, and manufacturing aids to improve production efficiency Troubleshoot welding, hydraulic, and assembly issues by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to source and deploy new tooling and equipment Investigate manufacturing defects and warranty claims, coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution Develop and maintain process controls, inspection plans, and quality standards to ensure product consistency Conduct field investigations at customer sites to evaluate product failures and recommend improvements Support process optimization initiatives for welding, powder coating, and final assembly lines Assist in product launches by ensuring manufacturability and tolerances align with design specifications What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in manufacturing or related industry Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process troubleshooting Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities Experience with welding, powder coating, and final assembly processes Familiarity with CNC machines, CMM inspection tools, or advanced manufacturing equipment
