Hands-on role supporting equipment, troubleshooting, and cross-functional manufacturing operations. Manufacturing Engineer - Qualifications BSME or similar degree 2-5+ years manufacturing engineering experience; Ag Equipment preferred. 3D CAD and ERP/MRP experience. Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement skills. Experience with DFM/DFA, tooling, fixturing, PFMEA, and process controls. Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills. Experience with equipment, capital projects, and plant improvements. Hands-on manufacturing/plant-floor experience.
