Note:
Onsite full time with 10-20% travel I'm partnering with a growing manufacturer that's looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead high-impact manufacturing and capital projects from concept through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving cross-functional initiatives, improving operations, and delivering projects that make a measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
Lead manufacturing, capital, and operational improvement projects from initiation through completion Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership Drive project management best practices and portfolio visibility across the organization Ensure projects align with business objectives while meeting quality, cost, and schedule expectations About the
Operation:
Large-scale manufacturing campus with over 700K sq. ft. of production space More than 700 employees in a growing, non-union environment Part of a multi-site North American manufacturing network Ongoing investments in facilities, equipment, and operational growth Mix of high-quality custom manufacturing and assembly operations
Ideal Background:
Hands-on manufacturing project management experience (not IT/software) Proven success leading capital projects, facility expansions, equipment installations, or operational improvement initiatives Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent manufacturing project management experience) PMP certification is a plus If you're a manufacturing project leader looking to lead meaningful projects in a growing operation, I'd love to connect.
