What You'll Be Involved In:
Develop and refine production methods to improve output, consistency, and workplace safety Evaluate fabrication, assembly, and machining operations to identify opportunities for improvement Enhance workflows, equipment placement, and labor utilization to drive efficiency Identify tooling, equipment, and material needs to support production goals Analyze cycle times and production costs to guide decision-making Support implementation of new technologies and equipment upgrades within the facility Maintain technical drawings and ensure documentation is accurate and standardized Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions Contribute to packaging improvements and overall product readiness Help establish and sustain effective quality practices
What You Bring:
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field, or equivalent work experience Several years of experience in a manufacturing setting Comfortable balancing technical work with time spent on the production floor Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Exposure to prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement efforts is a plus
