Their manufacturing capabilities span from initial prototyping to high-volume production for various industries. Key products include suspension and powertrain components, fuel and fluid manifold blocks, engine heads, and exhaust hardware Job Description Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency (Gibbscam/Mastercam) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges. Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. Support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, equipment, and technologies.
