Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage and organize the activity of the Program Management team: planning, organization of work, definition and monitoring of workloadsCoordination and monitoring through KPIs of Project Management team for all activities such as quotation and project management. Promote and ensure the projects and associated documentation are in compliance with the NPI processDrive the profitability of plant projects with the finance controllerDrive project risks identification and mitigation plansEnsure the adequacy between the necessary skills and the objectives of the company: participate in the definition of recruitment needs, assess employee performance, draw up training plan, manage integration and training of new hiresManagement of technical answers for Request for Quotation for the plant and support sales with the presentation of the technical content of the proposal such as technology plan, lay-out, timeline, project governance, industrial risk assessmentOrganize the local Program Steering Committee and coordinate input for Global Program tracking.Support lean and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all safety procedures including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, as required Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering5+ years of program manage/project management experience3+ years of supervisory experienceExperience in program management of industrialization projects for mass production of products with plastic injection and high-speed assembly technologies strongly preferredExperience in leading multidisciplinary project team within a transversal organizationExperience in direct customer contactStrong leadership, convincing and communication abilitiesListens to customers' expectationsTeamwork oriented and self-motivatedExcellent interpersonal and organization skillsPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Background in medical device,pharmaceutical industry or industries of mass production such as automotiveWORK ENVIRONMENT
