Manufacturing Engineer Job Description We are seeking a mechanical engineer to assist with line support, focusing on in-process validation (IPV) integration, wireless gauging, DC tools, and other technical tasks. This role is ideal for candidates with technical aptitude, especially recent graduates with mechanical skills, who can effectively manage manufacturing engineering calls on the line. Responsibilities Provide line support for in-process validation (IPV) integration. Utilize wireless gauging and DC tools effectively. Handle technical tasks associated with manufacturing engineering. Manage manufacturing engineering calls on the line. Essential Skills Manufacturing engineering expertise. Experience with CAD software. Prior experience in mechanical engineering roles. Additional Skills & Qualifications Exposure to manufacturing processes. Assembly experience. Experience in process or industrial engineering. Work Environment The work environment involves collaborating with a team of engineers and technicians, utilizing advanced tools and technologies to support production lines. The role may require flexible working hours to ensure efficient support of manufacturing processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of East Peoria, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $76960.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
