Job Summary:
Support manufacturing and industrial engineering projects focused on process improvement, feasibility testing, engineering standards, and manufacturing system development. Work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to implement process improvements and engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate manufacturing engineering activities for assigned projects. Analyze manufacturing processes, equipment, machinery, and production systems. Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and material processes. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on assigned activities. Support product development by analyzing customer and engineering requirements. Coordinate and review work performed by support personnel or contractors.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline. 1+ years of manufacturing engineering processes and technical operations experience. Ability to analyze business and engineering requirements. Project scheduling and coordination skills. Ability to identify process issues and support continuous improvement.
