Job Description Develop and implement manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Support Production with machine setups, trouble shooting, operator training and other functions Identify, implement, and document process improvements including cycle time, tool life, process capability, and automation. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in the manufacturing process. Design and optimize workflows to reduce waste and improve performance. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations. Provide technical support and guidance to the team. Collaborate with customers to identify and suggest modifications to customer specifications to improve cost, quality, and/or lead time Work with the quoting team to assign accurate costs to new parts based on materials, labor, and production complexity. Provide technical input to support accurate and competitive pricing for new products. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment Develop and optimize CNC programs to enhance production efficiency and quality. Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machinery (Swiss/Lathes) Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product specifications are met. Ability to generate drawings with CAD software, Solidworks is a plus Driven attitude for problem solving and continuous improvement. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and costs. Provide technical support and training to machine operators as needed. Conduct troubleshooting and resolve any machining or programming issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and machine programs.
