In this role, you will be part of a team designing and optimizing gear systems that enhance our product offerings. The company specializes in the manufacturing of custom precision gears and assemblies for a wide variety of industries, including defense, aerospace, agriculture, mining, marine, oil and gas, printing, construction, industrial and commercial markets. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Part of a development team for cutting-edge gear systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gear solutions into broader product designs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to gear systems. Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork within the engineering department.

Additional Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering Strong knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing processes. Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects from concept to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to think critically and solve complex engineering challenges. Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, not required.
