We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer (Level 2) to join our innovative team and help drive operational excellence in our production processes.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality in the production of linear motion products. Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring timely and successful completion. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical support to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product design, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with linear motion or precision components. Passion for continuous improvement and a track record of implementing innovative solutions. Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing systems; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Why Join Us? Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
