1109650 job summary: As an in-house Technical Center Service Engineer , you will be the physical heartbeat of our technical hub. You will handle the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our advanced CNC machinery , while collaborating directly with engineering leadership on cutting-edge R&D projects to push machine performance and reliability to the next level. This is a unique, highly collaborative role designed for a skilled engineer who wants to work on the forefront of manufacturing technology.

In-House Machine Ownership:
Lead the installation, commissioning, decommissioning, and relocation of advanced CNC machinery within the Technical Center.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Perform daily hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and high-level repairs on in-house equipment.
R&D Collaboration:
Partner directly with the Engineering Director on specialized R&D projects to test, analyze, and improve machine performance, reliability, and custom features.
Technical Center Operations:
Support operational and logistical coordination to keep our world-class Technical Center running flawlessly.
System Optimization:
Test, adjust, rebuild, and upgrade CNC machining equipment, controls, and peripheral systems.
Actionable Feedback:
Analyze machine data and performance to advise engineering and factory teams on potential product design improvements. #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 3 years of experience
