2991422661-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Nestlé USA is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital and process improvement projects across our manufacturing network. In this role, you will manage projects from concept through startup, defining scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and safety teams, as well as external vendors, to install and optimize equipment, improve line performance, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead manufacturing capital and process improvement projects from concept through commissioning Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans Coordinate with operations, maintenance, quality, and safety teams to align project goals Manage vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers Support equipment installation, testing, and startup on-site Analyze performance data to validate results and drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project status updates to stakeholders Required Skills Project management Manufacturing process engineering Equipment installation & commissioning Auto CAD or similar CAD tools Data analysis & reporting Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement Root cause analysis (RCA) Process validation & testing Cross-functional collaboration MS Project or similar scheduling software
