At Sacoma Specialty Products , you'll work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to design fixtures, laser blanks, and tooling that support prototype, fabricated, and machined components. From creating 2D and 3D models to improving manufacturing methods and supporting new customer projects, you'll play an important role in developing practical engineering solutions that help drive our operations forward. This is a hands-on engineering position for someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with people on the production floor, and continuously improving the way products are manufactured. You'll have the opportunity to spend time in both the engineering office and the manufacturing environment, working alongside skilled fabricators, machinists, and production teams to develop solutions that make a difference.
