Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer from an ABET accredited school Basic understanding of drafting software (preferabbly AutoCAD or SolidWorks or ProE) Hands-on technical experience gained through previous internships, university machine shops, or applied engineering teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities salary: $25 - $32 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Evaluation of OEM documentation compared to physical on site spare parts availability. Sourcing of spare parts that are obsolete or hard to find. Recommended upgrades and retrofits of obsolete parts. Communication between OEM and MSIG management. Implementation and qualification of upgraded/updated spare parts to improve sustainability. Development of downtime tracker pertaining to equipment. Evaluation of non planned work orders and development of appropriate PM program based on historical data and/or OEM recommendations. Other equipment/facility reliability initiatives as assigned.
