D certifications. The organization leverages advanced 5-axis simultaneous CNC machining, CNC milling and turning, as well as sheet metal fabrication and welding to deliver high-quality results. With a highly skilled team of CNC programmers, machinists, and toolmakers, the company is committed to innovation, precision, and excellence. Role Description The Manufacturing Process Engineer is a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and refining manufacturing procedures Troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements Supporting production teams to ensure optimal productivity and performance Qualifications 3-5 years of manufacturing experience required Experience in a CNC machining environment is highly preferred Proficiency in manufacturing processes, including process improvement and optimization Strong background in manufacturing and process engineering, with experience evaluating and developing production methods Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and their application to product and process design Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred Experience in a certified manufacturing environment is a plus.
