We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to manage project schedules, costs, resources, and timelines for complex engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities Create and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project. Use Touchplan for LEAN scheduling and pull planning. Build Level 2/CPS schedules with accurate tasks, durations, dependencies, resources, and milestones. Review critical paths and identify schedule risks and opportunities to accelerate projects. Track changes related to scope, procurement, staffing, equipment, and construction. Monitor equipment deliveries and communicate schedule impacts. Prepare schedule reports, metrics, risk updates, issue logs, and E-Trending reports. Work with engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and project managers to track progress. Support project costing, forecasting, spending reviews, and resource/cost loading. Manage WBS and project structures and support project funding packages. Participate in weekly schedule review meetings and leadership updates. Read P&IDs, electrical drawings, and applicable engineering standards. Manage multiple projects and ensure schedule and cost performance. Required Skills Expert-level Microsoft Project experience - mandatory. 7+ years of project scheduling experience. Strong knowledge of CPM, critical path, milestone management, and LEAN scheduling. Experience with Touchplan or similar scheduling tools. Knowledge of procurement, equipment delivery, and project tracking. Strong project costing and cost optimization skills. Experience with SAP for reporting and spend management. Experience with purchasing requisition systems or similar tools. Experience with packaging or process manufacturing projects. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering preferred. Refer
