full-time ZimZee Recruiting is looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer. This role is responsible for maintaining quality and regulatory compliance within the aviation industry through quality management systems, audits, corrective actions, training, and ongoing risk mitigation. The Compliance Manager will work across functions and with external customers and regulatory auditors to support compliance throughout the product lifecycle while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Skills and Requirements You have a high school diploma or GED. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality, compliance, auditing, document control, manufacturing, aviation, and/or another structured work environment. You have experience in coordinating/conducting internal and external audits. You have experience reviewing root-cause analyses and managing corrective actions. You are proficient with Microsoft Office. You have strong attention to detail. You are organized, focused and results oriented. You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills. You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Key Responsibilities Lead internal and external audits, maintain inspection readiness and host regulatory auditors Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to quality and compliance Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on quality systems, regulatory standards, and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance throughout the product lifecycle Adhere to new and changing regulatory standards to ensure company compliance Maintain QMS, identify potential gaps, process improvements, and make recommendations in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Support the designated ODA Administrator with records, training, manual control, FAA oversight preparation, and action tracking. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
