Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introductions and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, process optimization, quality systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manufacturing support for New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) projects Drive process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction Participate in design reviews with a focus on DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) Develop, update, and maintain manufacturing process documentation and work instructions Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to manufacturing teams Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards Train and support production operators and technicians Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to ensure smooth product launches Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience Strong knowledge of:
  • CAD tools
  • Lean Manufacturing principles
  • PFMEA
  • ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in thermal systems or related industries Six Sigma and/or Lean Certification Experience leading projects or teams Exposure to engineered-to-order manufacturing environments.
Pay:
$85,000.00
  • $90,000.
