Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Kentucky Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start. Experience working in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital or skilled nursing/acute rehabilitation settings preferred. Clinical experience treating medically complex patients, including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, and multisystem medical instability preferred. Ability to perform mobility assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress in clinical records. Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary team collaboration and family education.
