Job Description Develops and executes work plans aligned with operational, financial, and long-term objectives Manages multiple complex assignments, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence Analyzes data, makes recommendations, and maintains technical documentation (drawings, databases, records) Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations Provides technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior engineers and staff Acts as a technical liaison with stakeholders, including utilities, contractors, vendors, and the public Supports member cooperatives and contributes to development of corporate standards and specifications Project Management Leads capital projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Identifies risks, allocates resources, and ensures projects meet safety, cost, and quality targets Coordinates with scheduling teams to manage critical path timelines Oversees bidding processes, contract development, and vendor coordination Tracks project performance metrics and provides regular updates to leadership Drives continuous improvement across project lifecycle processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited required) Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred #ENG1
