Job Description
CNC Equipment Technician We are seeking an experienced CNC Equipment Technician to join a high-precision manufacturing operation in Elmwood, Louisiana . This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex CNC metalworking machines and industrial production equipment to ensure maximum uptime, productivity, and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills and be committed to supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay Rate Depending on experience Schedule and Hours Monday-Friday 5AM-2:30
PM CNC Equipment Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and industrial manufacturing equipment. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues to the component level. Perform preventive maintenance and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime. Identify and address out-of-tolerance equipment and gauges. Read and interpret schematics, drawings, service manuals, and technical documentation. Coordinate with management, vendors, and equipment manufacturers on repairs and upgrades. Order parts, supplies, and maintenance services as needed. Maintain accurate records using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Develop training materials and maintenance procedures. Support facility maintenance and respond to emergency maintenance needs when required.CNC Equipment Technician Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience as a CNC Field Service Engineer or CNC Maintenance Technician . PLC/PMC programming and ladder logic troubleshooting experience. Advanced training or certifications in industrial trades such as:- Electrical systems

- Boilers
- Chillers
