Job Description

Reliability Design Engineer Location:
Beverly, MA (Onsite)
Required Skills & Qualifications Education:
Bachelor s or master s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Reliability Engineering.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in reliability or component engineering, preferably within the semiconductor capital equipment industry.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Vacuum Systems and Robotic Automation . Deep understanding of High-Voltage electronics and safety interlock systems . Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings . Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., JEDEC, MIL-STD, SEMI ).
Tools:
Experience with Minitab, ReliaSoft, Python, or MATLAB for data analysis .
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the communication skills required to present technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
