5+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an Automation Engineer with experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments to support automated warehouse, packaging, and material handling systems. The role will work with ASRS, AGVs, robotics, PLC, HMI/SCADA , and integrated automation systems. Roles & Responsibilities Support design, integration, commissioning, qualification, and validation of automation systems. Work with ASRS, AGV, robotics, and automated warehouse/packaging systems . Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA controls systems. Ensure automation systems comply with GxP, cGMP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Support CSV, validation, startup, and system qualification activities. Troubleshoot and improve automation and controls systems. Work with IT/OT, Quality, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Packaging, and external vendors. Support system integration, industrial networking, and automation projects. Prepare and review technical and compliance documentation. Support continuous improvement and standardization of automation systems. Required Skills 5+ years of Automation/Controls Engineering experience. Experience in GMP/cGMP or other regulated manufacturing environments . Hands-on experience with ASRS and AGV systems preferred. Experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA, and robotics . Knowledge of GxP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11 . Understanding of OT/IT integration and industrial automation . Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / IIoT is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
