I'm supporting a specialist manufacturing consultancy with the appointment of several Consultants and Senior Consultants into its US team. This is an opportunity for sExperienced strong process, manufacturing, chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineers to move into consulting and apply their technical capability across a much broader range of operational challenges. The work is focused on delivering measurable performance improvement within complex, large scale steady state manufacturing environments. typical projects..- Increasing yield, throughput, and production capacity
- Reducing waste, scrap, downtime, and cycle time
- Identifying process constraints and operational bottlenecks
- Improving manufacturing efficiency and cost performance
- Turning complex technical analysis into practical site-level action The business is hiring at two levels: Consultant level Typically suited to engineers with approximately 3 to 6years of relevant industry experience who have developed strong technical foundations and can demonstrate ownership of meaningful improvement work.
- A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience within process-heavy technically complex manufacturing environments
- Evidence of solving difficult operational or manufacturing problems
- Quantifiable impact across yield, throughput, capacity, quality, waste, cost, or cycle time
- The communication skills and professional credibility to work directly with clients
