Responsibilities:

Maintain and update as needed the company engineering files including SolidWorks engineering drawings; manufacturing sequences and production processes. Working with other departments and inspectors to assist in the resolution of production problems and enhance machining, fabrication and quality processes. Defining manufacturing sequences and assisting in the preparation of customer quotations. Evaluating the condition of discrepant material and determining root causes and corrective actions. Reviewing the current design of the company's core products to assess the effectiveness of design improvements. If needed suggesting possible improvements, but also designing and conducting tests to assess the efficacy of possible product enhancements.

Qualifications:

Previous experience manufacturing engineer experience Proficient with SolidWorks, and Microsoft (Word, Excel) ERP software experience would be a plus Good communication skills both written and verbal Hours Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm The salary is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience Benefits Medical insurance
