Our 35,000 square foot manufacturing facility can handle jobs big and small from milling to EDM to turning. Our capabilities include handling materials such as titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, Teflon and more. We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will be the interface between engineering and production. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR Here Determine MRB disposition and create rework instructions and corrective actions as needed. Troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes, including but not limited to improving process documentation, cycle time reduction, setup reduction, tool life, and fixtures and gauges. Work with Outside Vendors to monitor and improve performance. Create and implement continuous improvement projects, including 5S and lean projects. Proactive implementation of corrective and preventative actions with documented closure. Skills & Experience Ability to use CAM, solid modeling, and drafting software. Experience with Master Cam software is preferred but not required. Knowledge of CNC machining, programming, cutting tools, and machine setup. Ability to read manufacturing drawings and understand GD&T. Knowledge of various machining processes, such as multi-axis milling, turning, Swiss, and common metal finishing processes, is a plus. Successful candidates would have a BS in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or equivalent experience.
