About Our Client My client is an established technology company in the lighting and manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on product innovation, engineering, and quality. They have a hands-on manufacturing environment located on the North Shore of Massachusetts and offer an opportunity to work cross-functionally while having a direct impact on products and processes. Job Description Lead and support quality initiatives throughout the manufacturing process Identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions Develop, maintain, and improve quality processes and procedures Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and suppliers Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement Support inspections, testing, validation, and product/process improvements Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives Help ensure products consistently meet customer and internal quality requirements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
