Job Description The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Operations Manager and be responsible for: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing medical device products. Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations. Design tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing systems using 3D modeling software. Create and maintain CNC machining programs utilizing Esprit and machine-based software. Lead process validations and support ongoing process maintenance activities. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage multiple engineering projects while meeting deadlines and deliverables. Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, specifications, and documentation. Support quality and compliance initiatives within an ISO-regulated environment. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a machining-intensive environment. Strong background in CNC programming, machining technology, and grinding operations. Experience within medical device manufacturing strongly preferred. Knowledge of Swiss machining, tooling design, fixturing, and precision machining processes. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems. Strong blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing knowledge. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on engineering mindset with strong mechanical aptitude.
