This is a full-time opportunity for a Forward Deployed Engineer supporting deployments across the Food & Beverage sector. The company is building cutting-edge AI co-pilot models and sensor-based solutions that optimize factory performance, reduce waste, and drive sustainability across global production environments. 3 days per week onsite. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of engineering, customer engagement, and real-world impact. The #1 draw here is the ability to work directly on factory floors with some of the largest global brands, deploying technology that actually changes how products are made. They're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to grow quickly within a startup. - Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (food & beverage, chemicals, pharma, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customer stakeholders
- Exposure to industrial systems such as PLCs, sensors, or plant operations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with industrial automation, Industry 4.0, or IoT technologies
- Familiarity with IT/OT systems, networking, or cloud integration
- Experience working with sensor or time-series data
- Background in process optimization or production environments
