Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer [Automotive Domain Exp. with Robotics Expertise]

Job Description:

Industry Background:

Experience in high-volume manufacturing within a Tier 1 automotive environment. Tier 1 automotive suppliers operate with tight margins and aggressive schedules, which demands manufacturing and industrial excellence.

Core Competencies:

Manufacturing Process Development :

Ability to define, design, and deliver manufacturing processes for complex assembly products - from conceptual phase through full production scale-up.

Process Engineering Fundamentals :

Strong command of PFD (Process Flow Diagrams), time studies, line balancing, and P-FMEA. Design for Manufacturing (DFM) : Capable of analyzing product designs and providing actionable DFM recommendations.

GD&T :

Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing and its application in manufacturing.

Equipment & Vendor Management :

Capable of writing technical specifications and managing vendors through full equipment commissioning.

Industrial KPIs :

Strong understanding of operational metrics - OEE, MTTR, MTBF, cycle time, throughput, yield, etc.

Digital Manufacturing :

Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and digital manufacturing principles
