This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career or experienced quality professional to join a collaborative team responsible for maintaining ISO-certified quality systems while supporting manufacturing operations, customer quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate enjoys working cross-functionally and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve quality issues using DMR and CAPA processes. Partner with customers to develop inspection plans and address quality-related concerns. Maintain and improve ISO quality management system documentation. Administer document control and employee training records. Plan and execute production capability studies and equipment qualification activities. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality documentation requirements. Support production by assisting with inspection activities when needed. Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent manufacturing experience. 0-10 years of manufacturing or quality engineering experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment; CNC machining or machine shop experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with
ISO 9001
2015 and
ISO 13485
2016 quality management systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, including GD&T. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques; experience with Minitab is a plus. Experience with CMM, vision inspection systems, or SolidWorks is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Collaborative team player who can work independently and across multiple departments.
