Duties Develop, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes including plastics injection molding, assembly lines, and industrial automation systems. Lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality improvement programs to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations or quality issues and implement effective corrective actions. Design and modify schematics, CAD models (using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo), and technical drawings for tooling, fixtures, and automation equipment. Program and troubleshoot robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, vision inspection systems, and other industrial equipment to maximize operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with design engineers, production teams, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure seamless process integration. Lead project scheduling efforts to meet deadlines for process upgrades or new product launches while managing resources effectively. Analyze engineering data to identify trends, opportunities for process enhancement, and ensure compliance with

standards. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role within a high-volume production environment. Strong background in process engineering with hands-on experience in plastics injection molding, welding, CNC programming, robotics, and industrial automation systems. Demonstrated success in project management within a manufacturing setting with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean management and Six Sigma manufacturing. Expertise in engineering troubleshooting across mechanical systems, automation equipment, tooling setups, and assembly lines. Knowledge of factory experience including factory floor operations, industrial equipment maintenance, and safety standards aligned with

certification requirements.
