Design and Manufacturing Engineer Location:
Worcester, MA Full-Time | Direct Hire |
Onsite Overview:
  • Own custom bearing design from customer requirements through manufacturing.
Design components, improve production, develop tooling, and launch new products.

What You'll Do:
  • Design bearing components and assemblies.
  • Support customer applications and product development.
  • Improve machining, stamping, tooling, and assembly.
  • Develop manufacturing plans, work instructions, and engineering changes.
  • Drive DFMA, Lean, Kaizen, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead engineering projects across multiple departments. What We're Looking For
  • Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Mechanical design and manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Bearing design or precision mechanical components preferred.
  • Metal stamping, machining, tooling, and manufacturing knowledge.
  • Blueprints, GD&T, DFMA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
