- CNC Machining Centers
- Worcester, MA Seeking Field Service Mechanic with experience traveling to customer sites to install, repair, and modify CNC Machining Centers.
Activities :
Lead installation of CNC mills, grinders, lathes, etc. and connect, wire, power-up, test, tune, and troubleshoot machines. Train customers on proper start up, operation, shut down, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Recommend additional warranties or service plans. Assist with spare part ordering and recommend purchase of replacement parts or tooling. Act as the face of the company to customers and ensure all questions are answered and concerns are addressed. Repair and upgrade machines, provide remote assistance when customers need help solving minor problems.Required :
3+ years hands-on installation, repair, modification, or upgrade of CNC Mills, Grinders, Lathes, etc. Ability and willingness to travel region daily for installation and repair service calls.
